Embodied Change

We deeply want change… not just individual change, but collective change. All around us we see the world in crisis - economic and racial injustice, environmental collapse, violence and war. And yet, in the business of our lives, it can be so easy to tune out and numb ourselves. Sometimes we go to the other extreme, overwhelmed by our sense of threat and horror, we become overly activated, unable to rest or contribute effectively. Mindful awareness and somatic practices along with motivational theories support us to find our way towards the needed change - as individuals and as a collective. I offer individual and relationship coaching, as well as weekly classes and workshops in learning to stay present, find ground, and take valued-based action. Additionally, I work individuals and groups to resolve conflicts through conscious dialogue rooted in the tenets of NVC and mindfulness.

Relating from Ground Coaching is a “here and now” process I developed to consistently find the stability to live well - and even thrive -amidst the messiness and turbulence of life. It is based on my experience that rooting down is a doorway to our natural wisdom. When we return to presence, we find the clarity and power to become the change we want to see! These sessions draw on mindful awareness and somatic practices as well as a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and social justice/empowerment framework, to help you to clarify what matters most and identify what supports you in finding your way to your most grounded, clear self. Coaching, along with practice between sessions, builds the confidence you can live from your deepest truths.

I also offer weekly classes in Mindful Awareness/Yoga and workshops on a variety of topics including communication, identity and finding ground.

Coaching Information and Rates

Individual Coaching: $150 for 50 minutes

Relationship Coaching: $175 for 50 minutes, $225 for 90 minutes
